We are looking for a Banking Business Analyst to drive the growth of Financial R&D product line

to help accelerate business growth and optimize operation efficiency through technologies.

Business Analyst is responsible for requirements gathering, functional specification redaction

and participating in the implementation of banking features in order to ensure the most valuable

and proper functionality of the product. As Business Analyst, you will gather feature requests

from customers, design flows and identify business requirements for the Banking R&D track. By

working closely with the Product Owner, you should be able to participate identifying user

needs, understand the business value and work with cross-functional.

You are responsible for the business analysis, functional specifications but ideally have an

innate curiosity for the technical aspect of the product like API management, System Design

etc. Depending on the type of products that you are managing, you may need some domain

technical knowledge and understand the business logic to explain the rest of the team.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating banking business processes, understanding and anticipating requirements
- with ability to transform them into functional specifications
- Performing gap analysis
- Analyzing and interpreting business requirements into technical terms to inform
- developers, QAs and Designers
- Ensure the design of a solution and/or features with business flows/diagrams, services,
- and digital modules that deliver unique experiences for end user
- Implementing and testing of solutions
- Participating to drive development in both digital and non-digital initiatives based on
- insight and business needs
- Work closely with different stakeholders with the most relevant customer needs, habits,
- and attitudes
- User guide and documentation redaction and maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in any related fields (IT, Technology, Finance or Banking)
- Banking experience required (digital lending, payment, e-banking or any experience
- related to retail or investment banking)
- Strategic thinking and leadership with a sense of entrepreneurship and strong passion
- for success and independence
- Result-oriented, can operate within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple
- stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders
- Strong analytical, communication, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira)
- Ability to speak Thai and/or Chinese (Mandarin)
- Understanding of software technology industry
- Technical knowledge of the financial industry
- Experience in a start-up or fast-growth environment
