About Binance TH Accelerator Program
Binance TH Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Current university students and recent graduates
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with various teams including operations, marketing, management team, and business development to support any key initiatives implementation.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects in various departments. This includes tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform business decisions, identify opportunities for improvements, and measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. Provide insights to support the development of marketing strategies and new business initiatives.
- Provide groundwork support to all departments in the form of research, documentation, and meeting coordination. Ensure smooth running of daily operations and help resolve any issues as they arise.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Thai.
- Outgoing and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Ability to create social media content including graphics and videos.
- Self-learning personality and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem are desirable.
- Exposure to marketing/ community building and execution work experience is a plus.
