**Job Title: Cafe Chef**

Salary range: THB 22,000 to THB 26,000 per month, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare delicious breakfast options for guests at the residence.
- Assist with bakery items and other culinary preparations.
- Must be able to make bread and croissant.
- Support the barista in crafting exceptional coffee and drinks.
- Contribute to menu planning and development.
- Working with the management team to develop menus.
- Assisting with menu pricing
- Able to create dessert menus to meet the needs of customers.
- Controlling kitchen stock levels.
- Monitor and purchase food and supplies.
- Supporting and training other kitchen staff.
- Helping to organise other kitchen staff work schedules.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and beverage preparation.
- Any other duties as required by the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in culinary arts with a focus on breakfast cuisine.
- Experience in baking
- Knowledge of basic raw material selection
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating culinary delights and crafting beverages.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Bonus points for experience in Japanese cuisine.
- Work experience or internship in a pastry kitchen at a restaurant or hotel will be an advantage.
- Flexible schedule to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- A communication skill in English both written and spoken is required.
- Speaking a third language would be an advantage.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Work well under pressure.
