Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management and strategic direction of the hotel.
- Drive exceptional guest experiences with a personalised, high-touch service approach.
- **Mentor, inspire, and motivate a local team, fostering professional growth and a caring culture.**:

- **Manage and coordinate pre-opening and opening activities, ensuring smooth transitions.**:

- Develop operational strategies that align with the brand’s vision and business goals.
- Oversee financial performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, partners, and stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience as a General Manager in boutique properties with fewer than 100 rooms.**:

- **Strong understanding of South East Asian markets, with experience in Cambodia preferred.**:

- **Opening and pre-opening experience is highly desirable.**:

- **A leader with exceptional guest service focus, attention to detail, and personalised hospitality expertise.**:

- **Inspirational leadership style with a passion for developing local talent.**:

- **Hands-on, approachable, and able to create a warm, family-like environment.**

**Compensation**
