Job Description:

- To monitor, control or schedule delivery plan from shipment arrival until delivery completion at the warehouse.
- Coordinate with Manufacturer, Warehouse and Customs Broker to ensure delivery plan meet the target set.
- To maintain and update parts master data of import parts which using for KD business related to part status.
- To communicate with Supplier, Warehouse and Sales for parts master data combination.
- To periodic inventory check weekly and monthly basis, also support for year-end physical inventory check.
- To random check without prior notice to the warehouse operator.
- To cooperate and control for claim issue due to part shortage or defect.
- To follow up concerned parties for taking action with a proper leadtime and share necessary report to supplier for preventive action/countermeasure.
- To proceed payment by issuing payment slip for supplier/service provider within due.
- To set up accrue and issue account report based on month end closing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management or related.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Knock down business, inventory and planning.
- Ability to work with details under pressure and dead lines.
- Friendly & a good team player with strong leadership.
- Well organized and logical thinking will be advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and also communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
