**Purpose of role**:
To develop and implement the account plan and strategy per assigned key account customers with Blackmores’s strategic objectives (Net Revenue, Gross Margin, 4Ps), and to manage the customer on agreed account plans.

**Responsibilities include**:
**Sales & Negotiation**
- Handle assigned key account customers
- Execute strategies activities with responded account to ensure effectiveness of execution to meet sale growth and profitable target.
- Manage customer promotion investment at assigned customers.
- Provide support team on the operation job of each assigned customers
- Do weekly & monthly report in the format that aligned with Line Manager in both customers and store level. And submit it to Line Manager on time.
- Deliver the agreed plan, follow-up achievement of counterparts to develop short-term/long-term relationship with customers

**Profitable Revenue Management**
- Deliver Profitable value sales growth and optimise customer margin, through improved return on trade investment and active mix management
- Thorough understanding of category management, product assortment, merchandising, promotion and pricing including P&L
- Drive success, including: Margins, discount levels, basic P&L

**Relationship Building & Management**
- Deal with complaints from customers.
- Discover and handle concerns from customers
- Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers, potential customers
- Regularly visit assigned key customers at HQ
- Business Review
- In overall to strengthen business relationship with assigned key customers through contact strategy

**Excellence in Execution**
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Ensure accuracy of demand forecast, service level, Blackmores inventory level and manage returned products at optimum level.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Trade spent control and utilized to generate maximum return
- Coordinate with distributor and manage to improve service level and reduce return
- Providing support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell the company’s products
- Meets internal reporting timelines & requirements

**People Management**
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to effectively a business
- Participate to achieve or exceed individual and group objectivesIdentify and present ideas for process and system improvements

**Who are you?**
- Degree qualification ideally in Business or Marketing related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management in FMCG, Pharmacy and Grocery
- Experienced leading a cross-functional team
- Understanding dynamic of Pharmacy channel
- Experienced in Consumer/Shopper research, design, methodology and interpretation
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
- Additional certifications in sales, customer service, or marketing can be beneficial
- Experienced in Consumer/Shopper research, design, methodology and interpretation
- Good English communication
