Development Clerk Mitsuwa Chemical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. - Phanthong, Chonburi

It can be engaged in all Injection section.

The Company has business operation in three factories located in Japan, Philippines and Thailand.

We manufacture primarily plastic products for automotive industry, which specializes on car navigation systems, car audio, switch knobs for steering wheels. The process starts from development, mold making, molding, and secondary processes like painting, printing, laser marking and assembly.

In addition, we are actively pursuing the production of transparent/clear plastic parts, injection molding in clean room environment and molding thermosetting resin to fit maturation and generalization of healthcare-related industries.

- Understanding Process production (For support job new model document)
- Contact Supplier about Mold
- Checking PM maintenance to follow plan schedule
- Take care the production line, monitoring 4M, 5S for improvement.
- Co-ordinate with production team for make clear production plan and other task related smoothly.
- ISO/IATF16949 document control
- Must be have ISO 9001,IATF16949, ISO 14001 knowledge.
- System and document control ( ISO /TS & etc ).

5S Coating, Laser/Assy, Printing area improvement 5S all topics and support Management team Production Section.
