Car Rental Operation Assistant

- Perform quality checks and make timely collection / delivery of cars to customers according to the rental SOP.
- Clean and groom cars according to company standards.
- Deliver/collect cars to/from vendors for repairs or servicing and explaining faults/problems to vendors.
- Monitor vehicle assets and traffic violations, handle vehicle-related registrations (plate, license, etc.), traffic fines and annual inspections.
- Draft and implement vehicle operation procedures, goals and work plans, performance appraisals according to DLT and company regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
- Previous experience in car rental business or fleet management.
- Familiar with DLT regulations, traffic laws and regulations regarding company-owned vehicle management
- Eloquent and good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team, and comfortable liaising with people across all levels
