Drive the product and business-planning including marketing strategy, development, and optimization marketing campaign with cross functional for Flight.
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, competitive landscape for potential routing since ROI, and demand plan.
- Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
- Work closely internally with Network and Revenue team to establish routing by using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for Flight in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of SOV as well as brand
- Enhance to create the best consumer experience by developing and monitoring funnel strategy including conversion.
- Constantly engage with local/station for better understanding and insightful.

**Qualifications**
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably FMCG or e-commerce.
- Have past experiences in digital marketing: digital campaigns, branding, social media, online media, etc.
- Experience in managerial team is preferable
- Innovative, internet savvy, logical thinking with valid rational.
- Good relationship building and teamwork.
- High leadership skills and be able to lead a team
