**Company Description**
Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business. We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
- Develop an understanding of the markets we serve and support the delivery of event-related products, features, activities, and products in line with these communities and client’s needs.
- Support the design and delivery of outstanding customer experience, creating innovative and interactive experiences at events.
- Create and manage relationship with stakeholders and partners in relevant industries for event development.
- Manage communications between brand, content, marketing, sales, interoffices, and alliance across the world, and liaise with all stakeholders to ascertain event requirements and ensure that standards are maintain and deadlines are met.
- Support the creation of sales collateral and other event materials for our commercial teams and provide help on preparing customer proposals.
- Administer and follow up with various internal & external teams, vendors, and partners to fulfill contracted opportunities.
- Assist with administrative activities including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations.
- Respond to queries from other departments within a timely manner and acting as the go-to brand person for other departments on several core tasks.
- Support and compile information for the event & activity floor plans, and contracts liaising across Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Operations
- Support the management of the overall customer experience creating a strong relationship with the customer service team, and customer insight team
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in any area, preferably Communication arts or Business Administrative
- 1-2 years experiences in field of either sales, marketing or operations
- Literate in English writing, speaking and listening
- Good communication skills on both English and Thai
- Good interpersonal skill to build relationship with both internal and external stakeholders and work across department across country.
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint. AI illustrator is preferable
- Remain approachable under pressure and ability to work within tight deadline
