ตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทให้บริการภายนอก ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่วางไว้
- ควบคุม ดูแลการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของผู้รับเหมา ในการต่อเติม ตกแต่งพื้นที่เช่า
- ให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวก ให้กับผู้เช่าและผู้มาติดต่อ ควบคุม ดูแลให้ผู้เช่า ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและคู่มือการใช้อาคาร อย่างเคร่งครัด
- ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายการทรัพย์สินต่างๆ ของอาคาร รวมถึงการจัดเก็บกุญแจของพื้นที่ว่าง
- รายงานปัญหาต่าง ๆและการแก้ไขเบื้องต้นที่เกิดขึ้นให้ผู้จัดการอาคารทราบ
- ประสานงานกับช่างอาคารในกรณีที่ตรวจพบอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องมีการแก้ไข หรือซ่อมแซม จัดการจอดรถ และการจราจรในลานจอดรถเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้เช่าและผู้มาติดต่อ
- จัดหาและเปรียบเทียบราคาการบริการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลอาคารเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้จัดการอาคาร ในการปรับปรุงอาคาร
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเพื่อขออนุมัติที่จอดรถจากผู้ว่าจ้าง และควบคุมจำนวนการออกบัตรจอดรถยนต์ รถจักยานยนต์
- ประสานงานกับผู้เช่าในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ในพื้นที่เช่า
- จัดการประชุมร่วมกับบริษัทผู้ให้บริการภายนอกประจำเดือนพร้อมทำรายงานสรุปปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นให้กับผู้จัดการอาคารทราบ
- จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ ประจำเดือนเดือนในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลอาคารเพื่อให้ผู้จัดการรวบรวมและทำรูปเล่มเสนอต่อผู้ว่าจ้างต่อไป
