We are looking for a **Client Services**in Thailand who shall be responsible for all client's queries from all channels and fully support all administrative tasks in the Retail Business Development team which mutual fund sales team and marketing team to reach the team goal.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform New Account Opening process including required AML FATCA process and ongoing monitoring for direct clients.
- Promptly handle client’s feedback and complaints according to company's guideline.
- Co-ordinate, work with other related parties to resolve client problem in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for all documentary and administrative tasks.
- Support all sales teams to complete tasks and reach the goal.

Qualifications:
**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- IC license required
- 1-5 years working experience in Financial Institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and able to work well with people of all levels.
- Knowledge about mutual fund business
- Administrative skills
