**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess health / accident claims for the customers via fax from the hospitals (fax claims)
- Respond to enquiries, escalations, and complaints from the customers and hospitals
- Coordinated all required tasks between the customers, hospitals, and third party insurance company
- Active participation in performance reviews, coaching and training sessions
- Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement to the leadership team
- Adhere to rosters and scheduling in support of business requirements
- Carry out any additional tasks and duties as required by the hierarchy
**Key Requirements**:
- Experience: +6 months experience in Thai health claims industry, previous experience in a customer service environment such as hospital, clinic, insurance / hospital claims department, etc.
- Education background: Bachelor degree in health / medical related field such as nurse, physio therapy, medical technology, public health, etc.
- Skill: Attention to details, problem solving, multi-tasking, time management, and analytical skills
- People Attributes: Customer and Market Excellence, Collaborative Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Trust
- Others: Positive and flexible team player, willing to contribute to a dynamic customer service team
