- Maintain office facility and assets: Monitor movement of office equipment/furniture and raise proposal for replacement if necessary;
- Ensure sure the environment of workplace promote a healthy and safe working environment, neat, tidy, and clean all the time;
- In charge of company property management, contract renewal, coordinate with relevant departments of adding new asset or write off of old asset and proceed;
- Purchasing: Supervise routine and non-routine office purchase such as and stationery, Workstation and facility, other new office facility and make sure the stock is sufficient, housekeeping stock request, material & facility, including maintenance;
- Maintaining good relationship and negotiate with vendor while, increase suppliers option;
- Legal: Maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party;
- Facilitate foreign employee for quota, visa and work permit by working with ministry and agency to ensure timely and comply;
- Facilitate in Business relates license renewal and other activities relate with authority;
- Establish and maintain relationships with competent authorities, Ministry and government;
- Event and office arrangement: Lead in Public relations by ensure a smooth service major company event organize;
- Supervisor subordinate to organizes and schedules small, complex meetings, business travel, conferences and departmental activities;
- COVID-19 pandemic related procedure: vaccine information and arrangement, testing procedure, data collection, WFH requirement and develop protocol;
- Maintain non-employee administration such as freelance, non-staff cleaner and security;
- Administration Planning: Work closely with HR manager and Finance Manager to design policy & procedures, planning budget;
- GA Coordination: Supervise and coordinate GA team.
- คุณสมบัติ
- GA Manager position (At least 10 years of experience )
- Age preferably 35-55 years.
- Degree in administration, general management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in GA or Office Service with 2 years in leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint;
- Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing;
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
- Good practical knowledge on legal procedure;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Self-Starter, Self-motivated, Ownership & Teamwork, Growth mindset, cost-conscious mindset.
