You will craft, refine, and optimize our platform using Ruby-on-Rails, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and efficient.

You will tackle challenging problems with creative solutions, from optimizing performance to implementing new features. You'll be fully engaged in on-site work, understanding that innovation doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5. **What You Will Do**:

- **Develop**: Craft, refine, and optimize our Enterprise Restaurant Operations SaaS solution using Ruby-on-Rails.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with a team of talented developers, designers, and product managers to bring innovative features to life.
- **Innovate**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our architecture, tools, and processes.
- **Problem-Solve**: Tackle challenging problems with creative solutions, ensuring our platform is robust, scalable, and efficient.
- **Commit**: Engage in full-time, on-site work, embracing the flexibility to work odd hours as needed to meet project deadlines and milestones.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with **PostgreSQL,** **Redis** for caching and data structure storage.
- Strong hands-on experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes** for containerization and orchestration.
- Expertise with **AWS** cloud services and Terraform for infrastructure
- ** Drive**: A hardcore developer mindset, ready to dive deep into code and emerge with solutions.
- ** Adaptability**: Willingness to work odd hours and go the extra mile to achieve excellence.
- ** Team Player**: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
