Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

**Job Description**:

- Manage Cash and Bank Transaction of Thailand and Indo-China country(Myanmar/Loas/Cambodia) e.g. Bank Reconciliation/Cash Collection - Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Cash report to RHQ&HQ, Internet banking and Account Management, Bank transaction posting in SAP system.
- Cash forecast by Daily/Weekly/Monthly and Yearly basis to RHQ and HQ as request.
- Manage SSC (Share Service Center) in India to prepare Payment Factory for Domestic and Oversea transaction including Thailand and Indo-China country.
- Time Deposit Management and manage GBS system (Global bidding system) with bank in Thailand around 8-10 bank for negotiation in high interest rate.
- Reconciliation GL Book balance related to Bank account of Thailand and Indo-China.
- Support Month Ended Closing, Due Diligence check and Balance Sheet Reconciliation related to Bank transaction.
- Prepare and control for English Withholding Tax Certificate for oversea transaction with Tax authority (Ror Or.01)
- Preparing Documents for Banks when there's change of authorizer i.e. Certified Board Resolutions etc.
- Prepare the FX analysis report to understanding FX situation of TSE.
- Co-ordinate and manage each department for dealing with insurance broker to prepare insurance of TSE.
- Support for internal control system e.g. FSCS, Financial Health Check, ICFR and internal audit by HQ/RHQ.
- Dealing with Internal control from RHQ and HQ and External Auditor for support Financial Statement in IFRS and Thai GAAP.
- Keep track of BOT announcement and movement of economy and global picture and Economic report from Bank or other source to get the best rates for TD Placement and interest rate of FX situation.
- Implement and Training TR system & knowledge alongside with TSE-S & TSE-P & Indo-China Country.

Key Measures:

- Manage Cash and Bank transaction Thailand and Indo-China(Myanmar/Laos/Cambodia) include Time Deposit around 90,000 M THB per year.
- Manage Time Deposit and Global bidding around 8-10 Bank in Thailand and oversea and manage interest income from deposit around 600-700 M THB per year.

Skills and Qualifications
- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
