Regional Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join a leading international company in the consumer goods sector.
**Responsibilities**
- Establishing and reporting a regular regional KPI set around inventories, deliveries, and costs.
- Coordinating and supporting an S&OP process across RSA in a consistent manner and deploying learnings into all countries.
- Supporting a review of freight forwarders used across the region.
- Helping identify together with PCM the right suppliers to focus on and negotiate with. Lead regional negotiations together with PCM on key regional suppliers relevant to RSA.
- Supporting the supplier consolidation initiatives for RSA and ensuring risk management processes are in place for suppliers with high dependency.
- Establishing best practices in supplier contracts and engagement.
- Leading any regional work around SLIM4 deployment and coordinating with countries.
- Assessing the possibility and coordinating with countries moving stock opportunities and supporting concrete action plans within RSA.
- Representing RSA in the global process management team for the procure-to-pay processes.
- Participating in worldwide SCM meetings and workshops if requested.
- Supporting and driving global and regional sustainability initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- 10 years of experience in the supply chain.
- Experience gained in Asia across countries.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across ASEAN markets.
- Good command of English.
