Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a has a Spa Receptionist who has passion to welcome guest, proactively descript spa treatment, professionally handle with guest enquiry.
- Work for a prestigious hotel in Bangkok
- Learn and grow within a strong Spa operation.
- Favorable remuneration package

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be able to advise accurate treatments information and products to clients to get their patronage and to maximize the revenue.
- Handled general requests for information and data; handled delicate situations, such as - customer requests, special needs and complaints and developed relationships with guests to meet their needs and satisfaction for repeated service to maximize the revenue.
- Completed all monetary transactions and responsible for accurate accounting of all transactions made to prevent any mistake.
- To upsell spa treatment and merchandise to achieve target and revenue budget.
- Prepare accurate daily report, weekly report and statistic to be able to improve performance overall.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum experience 1 year as Spa Receptionist
- Excellent English communication skill
