**Job Detail**:

- Legal Staff (Compliance Function) (26K-28K) (SDG-100371)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายกฎหมาย (สายงานกำกับดูแล)- Responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and monitoring the company's (Head Office, including Branches operation) compliance activities including provide legal advice to support company business.- Update regulatory changing including New law notification process
- Support and Monitor all compliance project: BOT, AML, PDPA, etc.
- Create compliance documents to comply with hire Purchase rules, BOT regulations, PDPA and authorized person to submit the report to BOT including Provide legal advice related to compliance scope
- Implement and conduct Compliance training to all staffs relating to local regulation (AML/CFT, PDPA, Market Conduct etc.) and conduct the training for staff to improve the compliance knowledge for the high-risk items or when deem necessary.
- Handling all process for business license of Company
- Support New Company project of Company in legal viewpoint
- Other tasks as assigned
- รับผิดชอบในการพัฒนา ดำเนินการ บริหารจัดการ และติดตามกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท (สำนักงานใหญ่ รวมถึงการดำเนินงานสาขา) และการให้คำแนะนำทางกฎหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนธุรกิจของบริษัท- อัปเดตการเปลี่ยนแปลงกฎระเบียบ รวมถึงกระบวนการแจ้งกฎหมายใหม่
- สนับสนุนและติดตามโครงการการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบทั้งหมด: BOT, AML, PDPA ฯลฯ
- จัดทำเอกสารการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์การเช่าซื้อ กฎเกณฑ์ของ ธปท. PDPA และผู้มีอำนาจในการส่งรายงานต่อ ธปท. รวมทั้งให้คำแนะนำทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับขอบเขตการปฏิบัติตาม
- ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบให้กับพนักงานทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎระเบียบในท้องถิ่น (AML/CFT, PDPA, Market Conduct ฯลฯ) และดำเนินการฝึกอบรมพนักงานเพื่อปรับปรุงความรู้ในการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบสำหรับรายการที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงหรือเมื่อเห็นว่าจำเป็น
- ดูแลทุกขั้นตอนในการขอใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจของบริษัท
- สนับสนุนโครงการบริษัทใหม่ของบริษัทในมุมมองทางกฎหมาย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 23 - 28 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- At least 1 year of working experience in compliance and/or legal (banking or financial or hire-purchase business)
- Knowledge in the regulations of BOT, AML, PDPA, consumer protection law and/ or credit information law.
- Good command of English (documents, documents translation etc.)Language Skill
- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : None
- Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
- Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday, WIO 100%)
