The **Lead Web Developer** manages development of rich, interactive user experiences across all kinds of diverse web platforms. We are looking for a person who will have a passion for technology and the will to find the best way for Frontend and Backend development, while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and will be driven to help push web development initiatives.

**Tasks**:
**What you will do**

Your most important task is to help your team deliver good software projects and platforms that the whole team is proud of. That can include the following tasks
- Lead position of the web development team, working with project managers and UX/UI designers.
- Deciding in Cooperation with our CTO about Frontend and Web end Stack changes
- Assist project managers to make sure the backlog is efficiently planned and occasionally assist in technical discussions.
- Write automated tests to build and support the Hypercare Team maintaining the software
- Do code reviews with your team members.
- Learn new technologies, languages, and techniques so that you are able to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.
- Contribute and collaborate in the creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing technologies and infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation.
- Collaborate with other team members to define the internal processes and initiatives to help the company accomplish its mission

**Requirements**:
**What you will have**:

- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- At least expert experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React JS/Redux, Vue JS or Angular JS and one popular Backend Languages like PHP, Ruby, Python, Java or JavaScript for Node.js
- High confidence in working with new tech-stacks that you haven't worked with before (platform agnostic)
- Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems.
- Experience with front-end architecture in an enterprise-level website
- Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating in English.
- Experience with agile development and agile based testing approaches
- Good command of English communications and presentation
