**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of mobile developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation and efficiency in mobile development processes.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Flutter is highly desirable, along with expertise in native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and concise communication with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Experience with version control systems, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
- Passion for staying updated on emerging mobile technologies and industry trends.
- Prior experience in the fintech or payment gateway industry is a plus.
