Senior Ecommerce Marketing Strategist

**Job Description**:

- Establish eCommerce growth marketing strategy including KPI.
- Define / Measure / Analysis about eCommerce marketing activity for maximize efficiency.
- Guide, coordinate, implement & tracking Lazada / Shopee platform performance with country team such as
- merchandising campaigns
- New product launches
- Page content audits
- Utilize additional assets to build rich content
- Analyze promotional effectiveness including LMS
- Promotional Planning, execution & measurement with country team.
- Digital consumer behavior analysis and finding insight.
- Build strong communications & relationship between 3M and Lazada / Shopee for all teams involved.
- Monitoring competitor product and competitor promotions
- Budget planning / execution / reporting to ensure investment is maximized.
- Share insights and recommendations for driving new GROWTH programs for 3M
- Reporting to internal stakeholders
- ESSENTIAL:_
- At least 3+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing in FMCG Industry
- Fully understanding about Lazada / Shopee platform including Marketing solution.
- Ability to communicate complex data analysis result in a simple way
- Able to influence and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
- Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
- Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
- DESIRABLE:_
- Digital experience in media agency/trading desk/ecommerce is a plus.
- Evidence of technical comfort and strong understanding of internet functionality
- Ability to work independently with limited input once objectives have been set
- Experience in using Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, DSP, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Adobe or any Digital/ECommerce tools is a plus
- Must be able to converse in Thai & English. Other language is a plus.
