**Job Responsibilities and Qualifications**

At Tencent/Image Future Thailand, we aim to fulfill the needs of our audiences, partners, and advertisers with diverse and innovative platforms. **Responsibilities**

  • **Artist Support and Advocacy**:Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Advocate for the artist's needs within the organization, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and support. Assist artists in navigating the industry, providing guidance on professional opportunities and challenges.
  • ** Career Management**:Collaborate with artists to plan and develop their career trajectories. Help coordinate marketing efforts that align with the artist’s brand and career goals. Organize promotional activities, including media appearances, interviews, and other public relations events.
  • ** Contract and Negotiation Support**:Assist with negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and uphold the artist’s interests. Review and manage contractual obligations to ensure compliance and satisfaction of both parties.
  • ** Event Coordination**:Coordinate logistics for performances, tours, and appearances, including travel arrangements and schedules. Work closely with event promoters and other stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and meet the expectations of the artist and audience.
  • ** Networking and Relationship Building**:Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including producers, directors, and other artists. Represent artists at industry events and functions to network and foster professional relationships.
  • ** Feedback and Improvement**:Gather feedback from artists and industry stakeholders to continually improve support and services. Implement initiatives to enhance artist satisfaction and engagement.

**Qualifications**

  • Proficiency in Thai/English language.
  • Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, strong public relations skills, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Prior experience in talent management, cultural entertainment, media, public relations, etc., is preferred.
  • Experience or interest in photography and short video production is a plus.
