**Legal**
- Review and draft contracts, documents, bids, letters, etc. (English and Thai language) including identifying areas of risk and making suggestions for improvement
- Provide legal advice on contracts, documents, legal issues and litigation support
- Provide legal training and updates to the company
- Advise or assist the team in advising the company and group companies on various commercial matters relating to company law, personal data protection law, international and inter-company transactions, tax i.e. stamp duty, foreign business and BOI matters, sales and service, etc.
- Prepare the board and shareholders’ meetings of the company and provide all necessary corporate secretarial support

**Compliance**
- Advise on anti-corruption, anti-competition, personal data protection, export control and other compliance risks
- Provide and assist the team with compliance training to the company and group companies
- Collaborate with the team in developing of group policy and procedures, rules and regulations and internal guidelines as well as implement compliance policies for the company
- Review compliance, export control due diligence for customers/supplier screening
- Coordinate with internal parties both local and oversea and outside counsel and developing a strategy for legal professionals, litigation and legal proceedings

- Administrative functions (e.g. assist in the preparation on the annual compliance conference for group companies, procurement and payment for goods and services required by or provided by the team)
