We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. Your main duties will include supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping personnel, ensuring proper coverage and timely completion of duties.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy, maintenance requests, and staff performance.
- Address guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
