**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**Preventive measures are in place to reduce loss:

- **
- **Participate in setting up plans, policies, and directions for loss prevention to create mutual understanding for staffs and functions**:

- **Lead plan for structure and system development, as well as loss prevention system improvement, to ensure effective operations aligning with standards**:

- **Manage loss prevention and safety operations to ensure safety of products, reduce shrinkage, and satisfy organization needs**:

- **Plan, oversee, and coordinate in loss prevention system, manual, and analyzed information to improve and develop the operations effectively aligning with plans and directions**:

- **Control accumulation and analysis of loss prevention and statistic of arrested to plan for loss prevention directions and strategies, and reduce loss as planned**

**Investigation case loss & Damage:

- **Develop investigation system to update aligning with loss prevention system**:

- **Plan and control investigation, including taking legal action to follow the laws**:
**Training and examining loss prevention for Operation**

- **Have planning and management skills**:

- **Be initiative and creative**:
