หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

**Responsibility**:
2. Allocate/Escalate more complex service/problem issues to the relevant IT support member.

3. Logging all call on call log system and maintain full documentation.

4. Distribute and control IT requisition to related IT parties.

5. Follow up progress to ensure SLA are met.

6. Prepare oncall / problem / SLA report to IT Manager/ITST section head.

7. Perform inventory control task and make sure all procedure and operation will met.

คุณสมบัติ

**Qualification**:
1.Education Bachelor / Master degree in computer relate
2.Major : Computer science, Computer engineer, Electrical engineer, IT

3.Experience : 2-3Years in Helpdesk/IT support

4.Required Technical skills/Competencies

Behavioral Competencies : High responsibility ,Self motivation ,Good interpersonal

,Good relationship ,Good communication
