- Support the Thailand business team to serve the customers’ and distributors’ requirement in term of technology.
- Bridge and coordinate with various IT vendors in implement and maintain the Thailand’s tech platform.
- Maintain the IT know-how within the Thailand organization.
- Safeguard the technology operations are aligned and complied with regulatory and the group policy.
- Work closely with the Operations, Distribution, Group Digital Innovation and the technology vendors to define development priority and road map.
- Develop business requirement documents/CR; visualize them into wireframe and customer journeys and process flow.
- Run requirement grooming sessions using the business requirement documents/CR, Wireframe and process flow before starting development.
- Supervise testing execution of the UAT test and PVT test, ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are covered in the test case.
- Prepare/coordinate the Go-Live readiness activities with all related parties.
- Coordinate with technology vendors to prepare the gate passing from the Change Approval Board.
- Research competitors’ platform capability; Understand customer behaviour and insights from data analysis and other sources to suggest the platform improvement.
- Monitor and examine the payments to vendor are correct and in budget.
- Help resolve incidents from customers, operations and distributor. Develop short term and long term solution plan.
- Ensure the security and IT operation risk requirements are complied at all times.
- Understand the essence of SEC, AMLO, NDID and PDPA to ensure the platforms are complied.
