To cross-check the sales data and sales slip and payment details which synchronize from sales onboard by handheld into the FASSPOS system.
Cashier needs to check the sales data from the sales slip and all complimentary promotions.
Verify Cash Count (Cash in) for all TAA flights to match with Fill return cash in the FASSPOS system.
Deposit cash all sales at The Company Bank Account Saving.
To prepare and reconcile cash float when received cash from crew sales.
To reconcile cash received from crew with Cash Deposit Machine.
To change and prepare banknotes and coins for Float Cash and Aircraft Allocation for all flights of next day operation.
To prepare In-Flight Accessory Pouches for Crew (Scissor, calculator, receipt, stamp, etc.).
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in any field in Accounting or Cashier experience is an advantage.
Able to work under a time limit. Self-motivated, hard-working.
Able to work independently and in a teamwork.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google.
Able to work as a shift.
