**Your Purpose**

The Outdoor Retail Store Supervisor is a critical part of our Progression Equipment team. You are the first point of contact to our store customers both in person and online, helping to create a friendly and upbeat environment that inspires a spirit of adventure. You are an excellent communicator and can speak Thai and English. You are detail oriented, can work well independently and loves a challenging environment. You an ambassador for Progression both in and outside of work and have a passion for adventure and are often seen climbing, caving, trail running or just spending time in the outdoors truly embodying what it means to Fuel Your Progression.

**Your Role**
- Offer exceptional customer service by providing a positive, interactive experience for all customers both in person and online.
- Insightfully demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers’ needs.
- Manage membership program and track special discount purchases.
- Carry out promotional brand campaigns assigned by the marketing team.
- Manage daily social media promotion from stories, posts and live streams.
- Retrieves, keeps track of merchandise in stock room and store front to purchase new merchandise when necessary.
- Summarize daily accounting reports for the retail store.
- Follow task lists throughout shift to maintain a clean and presentable store front.
- Handle all other tasks as assigned by General Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Thai national
- Native proficiency in Thai
- Professional proficiency in English both spoken and written
- Enthusiasm towards climbing the outdoors and our community will be specially considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
- Shows high independence and initiative
- At least 1-2 years previous customer experience preferred.
- Computer skills in using programs such as Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft office or iWork and is willing to learn new software skills used in the company
