To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by being responsible for all graphic design matters. The Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring that all the graphic design, layout and artwork including forms, brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, menu inserts, business cards, online advertising and digital photos are developed and archive with correct file names and reference number. High creative and ethical standards are necessary to maintain both competitive advantage and the pride and confidence of our associates, and to provide quality products and services to customers and clients.
- Developing graphic design and artwork for internal print and all external print jobs, including forms, leaflets, flyers, posters, menu inserts, business cards etc. as assigned by Senior Graphic Designer.
- To design and develop layout or mock up as per the Marketing Communications department brief. All layouts/ artwork must be checked and approved by Senior Graphic Designer before being presented to the relevant management team for final approval.
- To support Marketing Communications Department in terms of proofing process before production.
- To manage to get the job assigned done by due dates.
- To keep digital photos both in low resolution and high resolution with proper file names in order to sort out and use them again in the future.
- Assist Graphic Director in keeping record of all the updated artwork for future reference.
- To make sure that the graphic department is cleaned and organized in workflow manner at all times.
- Carry out any other tasks as may be periodically assigned by Graphic Director.
- Be able to use Mac, PC, photoshop and other programs to develop the artwork for the resorts
- Be able to present ideas/ layout to management team in a confident professional manner.

**Qualifications**
- Male/Female age between 25 - 40 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related filed.
- At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
- Strong creative skills and proven track record in producing advertisements, corporate image and off and online promotional materials.
- Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing is a plus
- Able to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy, capability in MAC is preferable.
- Extensive design portfolio essential.
