Your primary responsibility is to accelerate business growth by enabling rapid development and flawless execution of innovation initiatives. You will be accountable for managing the end-to-end project management, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned and equipped to deliver high-quality product launches. This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and operational excellence to support the commercialization of new products and continuous improvement of innovation practices.What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end project management for innovation initiatives. - Drive cross-functional collaboration across Region, BU, and Head Office. - Manage scope, timelines, cost, and risk mitigation strategies. - Ensure resource availability and escalate issues or delays as needed. - Provide impartial project updates to stakeholders for decision-making. - Monitor documentation to ensure compliance with innovation protocols. - Facilitate bi-weekly/weekly cross-functional team meetings. - Conduct post-launch reviews and support marketing in assessing project success. - Engage New Product Development (NPD) stakeholders to identify best practices and improve stage gate processes. - Align innovation efforts with broader business processes. What You need to be successful**Education & Experience** Bachelor’s degree or above in Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business. Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or R&D with exposure to new product development.**Functional Skills** Strong project management and analytical skills. Creative problem-solving and logical thinking. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project). Fluent in English (written and spoken).**Behavioral Skills** Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Positive mindset and ability to inspire teams. Open-mindedness and adaptability. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
