- งานประจำ- 5 - 8 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Providing legal advice to business executives regarding business transactions to mitigate risks in potential transactions.
- Monitoring of legal update regarding the company business and internal regulations including delegation of authority.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiate contracts, and other legal documents.
- Reviewing new business agreements and schemes.
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.
- Coordinate with outside lawyers from time to time.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- A minimum of 5 years experiences in law firms or in house.
- Knowledge in financial business and general commercial.
- Strong analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
- Being resilient and having a sounded judgement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in PDPA will be a plus.
- Lawyer license will be a plus.
- TOEIC score not less than 750.
