PRTR’s IT function is looking for an experienced Technical Consultant to join one of the leading technological innovations through the fusion of transportation and electronics for the automotive industry. They provided and develop electronics products for Automotive Powertrain and GPS Tracking Systems for Japan and ASEAN countries.
- Coordinating and working closely with our Project Management team and participating in the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to project implementation, maintenance, and support.
- Preparing meeting report. Transcribe meeting minutes, memos, and any tasks to support depending on the request from the team.
- Supporting follow-up and contacting headquarter for complete information whenever required.
- Monitoring and controlling risk and issues to ensure project timeline is fulfilled and delivered on time.
- Acting as a Japanese interpreter, point of contact, and communication between our sites and headquarter.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the software development team.
- Having experience with project management is an advantage.
- Good communication skills to translate documents and as well to communicate in the Japanese language. (N3 or above)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
