**Team and Role Introduction**: Lzd Monetization Team岗位职责

为团队成员和客户提供产品解决方案培训
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain product solutions to service online marketing solution sellers.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to the team and work with stakeholders to exectu the solutions.
Ensure product solutions meet regulatory and legal requirements by working closing with local teams.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
Provide training to team members and customers on product solutions.
职位要求
本科以上学历 有两年以上在线广告产品或运营经验 熟悉效果广告是加分项
了解行业市场趋势和客户需求 虚心听取客户和其他股东的建议/反馈
熟练掌握 SQL/数据分析技能 能够对数据进行分析 为团队提供见解
具备在跨职能团队环境中有效工作的能力 以及良好的问题解决能力和创造性思维能力
优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力 熟练掌握英语 普通话流利是加分项

**愿意出差Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in online advertising product or product operation. Famliliar with performance ads would be a plus.
Good understanding of industry's market trends and customer needs, be humble to listen to suggestions/feedback from customers and other stakholers.
Good SQL/data analysis skills with demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide insights to the team.
Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, and good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and being able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel as needed.
