**About the Job**
- Greeting and welcoming visitors as soon as they arrive at the mall.
- Direct visitors to the required location; giving instructions.
- Provide visitors with the required information for all mall Services.
- Answering visitors inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
- Identifying and assessing visitor's needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle visitors complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree is required
- V. good English language command.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the same position in a large-sized company
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Creating a good image of the mall
- Professional appearance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thailand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
