Technical Food Quality Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring Q&FS standards and systems are developed, implemented, managed, and continuously improved to assure quality and food safety throughout the pipeline (plant, warehouse, and stores) protecting the Consumer and Brand Quality.
- Leading QMP and corporate Q&FS standards implementation at the site and maintaining compliance through externally verified audit (LRQA). Upskill technical capability concerning standards for quality professionals and relevant stakeholders.
- Handling governance of the Quality Management System and standards, verified through reviews, a robust internal auditing program, and a corrective/preventative action process.
- Handling consumer complaint systems and governance, interacting with markets, investigation, and analysis for continuous improvement.
- Handling Incident Owner (PRIMP) and leading RCA using problem-solving tools.
- Working as business leaders to work with regional R&D system experts to design and deploy Q&FS, IT systems to support the global standard, traceability, requirement, and efficiency of the operation.
- Managing a small team of qualified professionals and developing them.
- Coordinating inputs and compiling Q&FS reviews (site, BU, and region)
- Formulating the Continuous Improvement Plan, driven through root cause analysis of all customer and consumer-facing issues or non-compliances (eg complaints, warehouse audits, etc.)
- Managing the Verification testing plan for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
- Being Food Safety Team Leader for the site.
- Corporating Q&FS standards are deployed regionally in APAC with Q&FS Managers accountable for local implementation and compliance in partnership with Supply.
- Coordinating a small team of quality and food safety professionals to deliver critical accountabilities for the site.
- This role, in partnership with Supply, will enable a Q&FS culture that promotes conformance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Regional strategies for Q&FS will be cascaded centrally with the sites required to ensure KPIs are measured locally. The Q&FS Manager will advise the local leadership team on issues of quality improvements and food safety, especially verification activities for both raw materials and finished goods.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or any related.
- Male or Female, Thai nationality.
- Skill in a food safety program (HACCP), QMP, and GMP.
- Good command of English.
