Bachelor degree.

Minimum 3-5 years as import customs formality experience.

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Problem solving.

Work well in a team.

**Job Description**:
1.Prepare for detailed business plan of the responsible work group in complying with business plan and objectives of the department or section
2.Monitor and control daily operation of the team to accomplish the assignment successfully.
3.Report daily/weekly planned performance to the superior for his/her acknowledgement
4.Coordinating with related parties to solve the problems of responsible tasks
5.Make decision within the scope of responsibilites specified in Authorisation Manual
6.Provide the shipping document for customs process.
7.Import duty paid, storage charge paid and others paid.
8.Receive the Shipping from customs.
9.Process customs formality and other goverments.
10.Import duty refund process for customer.
11.Co-ordinate to concern person such as CS Team, Transportation company and etc.
12.In case of damaged cargo, it must sovle the problem and co-ordinate to concern person
13.Amendment import entry in case data error.
14.Summarize problem and the impacts from error or the careful to staff and who all concern.
