**Job Purpose**

The position is responsible for leading, supporting and managing all Free Zone, BOI and FTA activities which will broadly include:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Set up appropriate systems and processes for all Free zone / BOI / Customs requirements ensuring the business is compliant with customs, free zone and BOI rules.
- All BOI privileges and activities handling both BOI Officer and IC.
- All FTA privileges and activities handling (Certificate of Origin, Local content submission, FTA FORM issue, Post audit) Coordination with suppliers & process of BOMs to maximize local content.
- Tax optimization handling (Free Zone / IDR / BIS 19/ Tax Refund and etc.
- Free Zone stock reporting and satisfy customs authorities obligations.
- Outsource Management.
- Local purchasing for KSK.122 and Type D.
- Scrap management for production and general waste
- To coordinate with internal and external team regarding Tax Incentive, Cost Reduction, and other concerning.
- Contact with concerned Thai Government offices. DFT, TISI, FTI, MIT, BOI etc
- Deliver frequent training and refreshes courses throughout the business to enhance awareness
- Lead LVA meetings to ensure co-operation of all relevant parties to meet deadlines and customer lead times.
- Supply chain management, deal with all concerned - 336 release order, material ordering, design engineer, BOM, production, warehouse, and sales.
- 0409 Status - Monitoring shipping team and BOI monthly, verification declaration is recorded 0409.
- Manage brokers to follow LET instruction.
- Implement D365 to cover customs procedure - Stock aged, Movement, Balance.
- HS CODE Classification.
- Periodically conduct internal audit to ensure sustained compliance through all associated functions.
- Provide risk assessments and escalate with solutions to relevant Managers.
- Identify potential Customs and /or tax planning opportunities.
- Negotiate with customs to accept internal processes that meet Freezone requirements. E.g., outsourcing, trade licenses, LVA etc

**Secondary activities / tasks**
- Import permit relevant Thai Industrial Standard Institute (TISI) and National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) for 336 sales spare parts, service, adjust stock.
- Manage Batteries to comply Excise Department.
- MIT Certificate for tender.
- Batch management - verification GRN.
- Amendment declaration as the same GRN and customs system to avoid duty payment.
- Site return management.
- Monitor stock, registration, revision, and extension of duty-free periods.
- To communicate with all factories in relation to the regulation of FZ & BOI matters.
- Organize meeting, and report preparation and monitor and evaluate the result of activities or appraisal as needed.
- To instruct & support all company functions relating to FZ, FTA & BOI.
- To advise on BOI and customs issues which relate to all privileges, update, and inform Management and concerned sections.
- Advise business and suppliers for Free Zone process.
- Ensure proper communication between all related parties; internal and external.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by division manager or line manager.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience for Import - Export BOI, FTA & Free Zone at a senior level
- Expertise in Customs and Tax regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the incentive, regulation and criteria for BOI, FTA, Customs and IDR.
- Able to operate EMTs and RMTs programs.
- Good communication and people skill, good command of English.
- Strong problem solving, Strategic thinking, Service minded and Positive attitude.
- Able to drive and has the license.

- Experience in complex manufacturing processes & BoM structures
- Understanding and experience of customs audits
