Flash Coffee now operates in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong and South Korea, and is set to expand its footprint across Asia Pacific. We are now looking for a **PR & Communications Manager** to join our growing Marketing team.

Reporting to the local Head of Marketing, you'll be building and leading our marketing communications team. You will be responsible for strategizing and implementing our overall communications and public relations strategy for the country.

**What You'll Do**:

- Build, manage and lead our marketing communications team in Thailand consisting of a social media manager and an influencer marketing manager
- Oversee and manage our marketing communications budget
- Create and deliver our national communications strategy, focusing on campaigns that will engage our target audience, build our brand awareness, and position Flash Coffee as the leading grab-and-go coffee chain
- Develop innovative, creative, and targeted messaging and tactics that deliver against our narrative to showcase Flash Coffee as an empowering F&B & lifestyle brand
- Manage public relations, including cultivating relationships with media representatives, crafting press releases, media monitoring, and pitching
- Build ground-up, PR-driven campaigns that increase brand awareness through earned media
- Plan and execute brand campaigns to communicate our offering and value proposition
- Track and report the progress of marketing communications performance and ROI

**Skills and Experience You Will Bring**:

- 4+ years of experience in PR and communications with direct experience working in consumer PR or in the tech space
- Extensive experience in media relations, a strong network of high-level media contacts, and the confidence to proactively pitch stories across all media (TV, radio, print, digital)
- Excellent knowledge of the Thai market, deep understanding of consumer insights and media landscape
- Great writing skills with the ability to create well-structured PR materials and make complicated issues sound easy
- You are highly organized, proactive, and capable of identifying opportunities for growing brand awareness and creating high impact campaigns
- Strategic and creative thinking to come up with out-of-the-box strategies and inherent driver and curiosity to push new angles and ideas
- High attention to detail to ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications
- You are results-driven and understand the importance of reporting on performance
- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage tight deadlines in high-pressure situations
- You communicate clearly and effectively in English
