Vj Manager

Daily recruitment of platform VJ / Union and training and management of platform VJ / Union daily affairs.
- Responsible for the docking and management of VJ / Union, and maintain a good union ecology
- Responsible for maintaining the relationship between the platform, the up VJ, and improving the retention and stability of the union and the vj.
- Follow up various live broadcast activities, analyze the vj and union data, and provide effective content for the development of the vj and union
- According to the business development situation, formulate the operation strategy of the the vj and union to help improve the professionalism and revenue ability of the vj and union

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 year experience in internet operation, vj and union management and operation
- Possess strong communication skills, negotiation skills, clear logic in analyzing problems, and take the initiative to undertake work.
- Good data analysis ability, data and result-oriented
- Strong ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Have certain content union resources, good at mining high-quality unions, data and systematic operation awareness are preferred.

**Salary**: ฿25,000.00 - ฿40,000.00 per month
