Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Stewarding Manager is responsible to manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organised and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years as a stewarding manager
Pre-opening experience a must
Strong Inventory management skills
Positive leadership attitude
Food safety trained
English speaking/understanding preferred
Recycling process comprehension
Financial skills.
