**Overview**:

Machinery/Heavy Machine, Manufacturing(Machinery)1. Perform as translator/interpreter between Japanese Managements and functional sections as per business requirement, e.g., operation meeting, meeting with service providers, contacting agency(ies), ISO meeting, ect.
2. Provide full secretarial support for Japanese Managements and Manager, e.g., travelling arrangements, accommodation, leisure activities, general expense, reimbursement or any assignments as per business requirement.
3. Coordinate with functional sections in order to gather the business information and as per Management assignments.
4. Support Japanese manager and interpretation.
5. Perform other tasks and/or any ad-hoc assignments that may be assigned by Japanese Managements or Manager.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【Must】- Bachelor’s degree
- At lest 2 years experience in Japanese support/coordination
- Good command of English (Business Level)
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
