**Responsibilities**
- Review, develop, and produce local content for LINE WEBTOON
- Create and maintain relationships with creators, writers, and artists
- Manage contracts and documents involved with the titles and creators
- Check WEBTOON manuscripts for errors and set them up in the system
- Develop and execute titles or projects to achieve KPIs and team’s strategy
- Analyze and research new content to serve WEBTOON users’ demands or make new trends
- Monitor, report, and analyze title performance to ensure the titles perform as estimated
- Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to increase the platform’s performance
- Collaborate with involved external organizations such as publishers, production houses, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams within WEBTOON team, LINE Thailand, and across global teams
- Support IP business team in coordinating content and managing creators for expansion of Webtoon titles into other formats (e.g., TV series)
- Organize campaigns or events as assigned

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, film, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in content production, editorial, media, publication, or relevant fields
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Ability to guide how to make good visual storytelling and writing
- High responsibility and ability work under pressure and timeline
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Experience in event or contest organization
- Fast-learner with a willingness to learn
- Creative problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Thai entertainment industry and content production (films/series/comic productions or publishers)
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Understanding of current content trends as well as the differences between WEBTOON and Manga
- Direct experience managing content or creating own content
- Experience reading WEBTOON and understanding of the WEBTOON industry
- Experience reading novels or webnovels and understanding of the publishing industry
- Experience making films or visual storytelling
