Network Planning Lead

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
**About the Team**:
- Lead team to develop framework to conduct analysis and initiate new ideas to optimize SPX network across all miles on cost, speed and capacity (e.g. determine numbers and locations of Sortation centers and Regional centers)
- Design end-to-end order flow to facilitate growth, cost optimization and SLA improvement initiatives
- Responsible for SPX network configuration in in-house system to setup and revise middle-mile routing and sorting plan, propose feasible solutions and potential impacts to all-mile operations
- Work closely with operations and local product to troubleshoot operational issues related to order path and network routing
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to propose, align and finalize key business direction
- Serve as a SWAT team during critical moments in the middle-mile network route configuration
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields - bachelor in Logistic engineering, Logistics Supply Chains Management
- At least 5-7 years of experience in operations strategy, business development, logistics is a plus
- Hands-on experience in express delivery industry is an advantage
- Proven leadership abilities and strong people management skills
- Excellent analytical thinking with a proactive approach to initiating solutions
- Strong logical reasoning and effective problem-solving capabilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
