Kids Kingdom Ruamrudee International Kindergarten is looking for 2 Full-time Preschool Homeroom Teachers with experience working with children aged 18 months to 6 years old to join us in August 2025. We are searching for individuals with an enthusiastic and professional work ethic, who are open-minded and flexible, and who are sincerely dedicated to the best interests of the children’s education and development.

Position: Preschool Homeroom Teacher

**Requirements**:

- Native-level English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with preschool-aged children
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching, fostering a love for learning in young children

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students and promote holistic development
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that reflects our school’s values and philosophy
