- Teach Lao to international students in English.
- Able to produce teaching materials and create learning units, lesson plans, worksheets, knowledge sheets, and exams according to the criteria set by the school.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and pronunciation.
- If a non-native teacher must have the ability to use the Lao language, including listening, speaking, reading, writing, and pronouncing the Lao language correctly according to the accent of the native speaker.
