**About the position**:
**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Ensure availability, scalability and accessibility of IT Infrastructure supporting the Service Levels and KPI targets.
- Provide periodic review of infrastructure status and recommend mitigation plan.
- Responsible for Sub-Contractor evaluation, providing recommendations for selection, & on-going relationship management.
- Drive Sub-Contractors to perform best practices with clear tracking to Service Levels and KPI targets.
- Manage team activities that support resource development in key areas of IT Infrastructure operation to ensure continuity in service delivery
- Continuously update oneself with changes in related trend, which affect tools, processes, systems, and frameworks relevant to the role, in order to maintain knowledge levels required to perform complicated tasks
- Supporting new architecture configuration and evaluation in regards to Virtualized Infrastructure to ensure reliability and readiness in infrastructure or system
- Manage infrastructure capacity planning, dimensioning and performance optimization in part of system infrastructure, to ensure that all enterprise platforms are efficiently designed and sufficient for all network and IT solutions integration

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management
- Good communication, strong-analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive thinking and good working as a team.
- Strong experience with containerize technology such as Kubernetes, Docker Swarm.
- Experience with cloud technology and RPA will be plus.
- Experience with Hardware will be plus.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps process with Git, Jenkins, SonarQube and Robot Framework.
- Knowledge on CISCO ACI (VPC, VDC, FEX, Fabric Path, OSPF), Vmware ESXI, NSX-T, VXLAN, Linux Clusters, SAN, vRealize etc.
- Strong VMware ESXi and vCenter design and implementation skills
- Experience with advanced VMware technologies such as View, Horizon, Mirage, SRM, NSX and vRealize.
- Experience with or Understanding of OpenStack Open Source Datacenter Automation solutions
- Good in English and Thai both written and spoken
