**Responsibilities**
- Managing daily accounting and financial operations. Includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, general books, employee expense requests, cash for general use, and taxes.
- Recording transactions in the accounting system.
- Preparing payment lists for domestic and foreign creditors.
- Issuing tax invoices/receipts to customers on time.
- Preparing Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax for Forwarding.
- Updating cash flow report weekly.
- Supporting monthly closing and yearly closing.
- Communicating with relevant external agencies.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Able to read, write, and speak basic English.
- At least 1-3 years of experience working in the accounting and finance field.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Have a positive attitude, good communication and teamwork skills.
- Can manage time and have problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Can use MS Office fluently.
- Experience in managing accounts receivable and issuing tax invoices in foreign currency will be given special consideration.
