**Position**:
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Weekly request internal and external (other market) process.
- Responsible for Weekly report for all categories.
- Extract data bridge on a weekly basis (every Monday).
- Responsible for Price change documents and process (King Power and Downtown).
- Assist on the events and pop up both in-store and outside venue as assigned by manager.
- Responsible for Showroom order layout every collection both men and women (upload/download/pack shot, etc).
- Consolidate the data and responsible for the tasks relating to Merchandising.
- Responsible for Merchandising reports both regular ones and ad hoc reports.
- Coordinate with the retail team for any Merchandising matters.
- Coordinate with the Logistics and other office team as appropriate.
- Coordinate with Regional Merchandising team for any requests/ tasks.
- Responsible for any tasks assigned by Manager.

**Profile**:

- **Work Experience & Education**
- 2-3 years’ of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree in relavant fields.
- **Skills**
- Basic English communication both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel.
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, good team player.
- Work well under pressure and flexible.
